Sunday Group Lessons – WEST COAST SWING

This is an exciting opportunity for those interested in taking a series of dance lessons designed to introduce foundation training for a specific dance. Whether you are a new dancer learning partner dance for the first time or and experienced dancer wanting to add to your list of dances you will find this to be an informative and enjoyable way to learn new dances.

West Coast Swing is a dance that is danced in a "slot" configuration much like West coast style Hustle. It is very suitable for dancing to tempos slower than what is common to Single or Triple-Time Swing. We will begin with some foundation patterns and technique and progress as far as the group is prepared to advance.

Some History of West Coast Swing

These classes are taught in private studio rooms free from distractions from other activities you typically encounter at traditional public dance studios. Plus, you will benefit from instruction provided by well trained instructors and their assistants.

Our next four week series featuring West Coast Swing will run from 3 to 4:30pm on March 7^th, 14^th, 21^st and 28^th. The price for this series is $110 for couples and $60 for singles or $20 per person per class (pay as you attend).
